Carly Rae Jepsen admits she's not bothered by new album sales
Carly Rae Jepsen says she isn't bothered by the commercial success of her new album.
The singer released 'Emotion' in June, but it only reached No.16 in the US and No.21 in the UK.
Her 2012 effort 'Kiss', however, managed to peak at No.6 in America.
Speaking to Buzzfeed, Jepsen said she is just happy that 'Emotion' has sold anything at all.
The Canadian said: "I feel quite happy with how the record's done, to be honest.
"I don't really compare it to Kiss or whatever I'm gonna do next.
"That's not where my attention goes. I feel really lucky that people have received it so well and that it has sold any amount."
'Emotion' spawned the single 'I Really Like You' , which managed to reach No.3 in the UK.
