Carly Rae Jepsen has revealed exlusively to Pressparty that like most of the world, she’s a One Direction fan.

Although she hasn’t had the chance to meet the boys yet, she’s clearly trying to turn her own band members into Directioners. She told Pressparty exclusively:

“I’ve seen the guys at different awards show and events but I haven’t had a chance to actually meet them yet."

The Canadian added: “They seem really nice and it’s crazy in America for them. I recently got cards for all of my band members recently to say thank you and I bought them all ones with 1D on the front. I don’t think the boys really understood it but I thought it was hilarious!”

Jepsen meanwhile recently recorded the track 'Part of Your World' for the new edition of classic film The Little Mermaid, which is out now on Disney Blu-ray™ and DVD.
