Carrie Underwood on being a mother: 'I feel guilty about everything'

Songstress Carrie Underwood has revealed that giving birth to her first child, a son named Isaiah, back in February has completely changed her life.

The 'Blown Away' beauty told People magazine that she struggles with feelings of guilt when she makes plans outside of her family: "You feel guilty about every single thing, every decision you make, everything you do."

The beauty went onto add that she's enjoying bonding with her son and wants to breastfeed him for as long as she can: "(I’ll carry on breastfeeding) as long as I can take it. It’s hard. My supply is pretty nil. We have to supplement with formula. I’m doing the best that I can, you know?”

She went onto add that meeting her now husband, Mike Fisher, came as a surprise because she was never the kind of girl to daydream about the perfect wedding or marriage:

“I never dreamt of my wedding day and the perfect guy,. Then I met Mike, and I was like, ‘Wow, so now I know what I was missing.’ And the same with my son. I was never like, ‘I want kids so bad.’ And now that I have Isaiah in my life, I’m like, ‘What did I do before?’”
