Charli XCX voice in animated movie 'Angry Birds'

'Fancy' hitmaker Charli XCX has been chosen to voice one of the characters in the upcoming animated movie, 'Angry Birds'

The film's producer, John Cohen, took to his official Twitter page last night (April 2) to announce the exciting news and he wrote: "I'm excited to announce that the amazing @CHARLI_XCX is voicing Willow in #AngryBirdsMovie!!! More news coming soon!"

Other confirmed voice actors for the project include country music sensation Blake Shelton, actor and comedian Jason Sudeikis, Josh Gad, and 'Game of Thrones' star Peter Dinklage.

Charli XCX, meanwhile, was also recently announced as the new face of cosmetics company Make Up For Ever and is working on a campaign for the brand's latest product, the Aqua XL Eye Pencil. Speaking about the project, she admitted that it's something she really enjoys:

"The whole spirit of Make Up For Ever is so bold and really has that attitude that I feel like is so integral to everything that I do. Sometimes I’ll want to put on a full face of make-up, like a bold, loud exaggerated look, and other times I’ll want to keep it really simple (and) slicked-back.”
