The legendary singer Cher took to Twitter in the early hours of this morning (March 2) to let out a barrage of angry tweets in which she has criticised someone for not being a fan and posting their text messages for her followers to see.

In the tweets, she has shone the spotlight on someone who she states has become obsessed with her friend (Paulette), and that obsession means the person is now out to destroy Cher (see below). 

Cher tweets that the person has gone to the National Enquirer with untrue stories about her.

The 69-year-old adds that one of her sons has been involved in the stories by writing or doctoring tweets or texts about her. These then ended up in the hands of the betrayer who has taken them to the gossip rag.

Cher has two sons, Elijah Blue Allman and Chaz Bono. She has a difficult relationship with the former.
