Cher Lloyd has revealed the identity of her next single.

The singer confirmed on Twitter that she will unleash the track 'I Wish' as her next official release.

The former X Factor contestant said:

"Is everyone excited for my new single #IWishFtT.I ??? I can't wait for you all to hear it!!!(:."

Lloyd's second album meanwhile is expected to hit shelves later this year.

In the meantime, the 'Sticks & Stones' star will embark on the I Wish Tour alongside girl group Fifth Harmony next month.

Lloyd will headline a number of US dates in September as she builds up to the release of 'I Wish'.
