Christina Aguilera on Ed Sheeran: 'I see a collaboration in the works'

Vocal sensation Christina Aguilera has confessed that she's very keen to get singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran into the studio to record a duet because she loves his style.

Speaking exclusively to 'Extra', the 'Fighter' superstar explained that they've been hanging out on the set of 'The Voice' and there's a great chemistry, which would translate well into music:

"I see a collaboration in the works hopefully. I would love to collaborate with this guy - he's super talented. He did say, 'Back To Basics' and 'Stripped'...!"

The 'Lego House' hitmaker also opened up about being her advisor for the new series of 'The Voice' in the USA: "I didn't know what I was getting into. I didn't want to be too brutally honest, as British people usually are. Everyone here has this energy, vibe and talent that's like a driving force."

Sheeran then revealed that he is a fan of Aguilera's music, naming his favourite songs of hers: "'The Voice Within' is always a belter, I used to play that on the guitar... and 'Ain't No Other Man'!"
