London Grammar's "Strong" Featured As 'Single Of The Week' On iTunes In The US

NPR'S WORLD CAFE TO BROADCAST EXCLUSIVE LIVE PERFORMANCE

 

NEW YORK, Nov. 12, 2013 / -- In continual support of their stellar debut album 'If You Wait,' UK trio London Grammar is offering the album for one week only at the special price of $6.99. 'If You Waitis now certified GOLD in the UK and has remained in the Top 10 since debuting at #2. In light of their impressive debut, London Grammar was amongst the first wave of bands to be confirmed for next year's SXSW Music Festival in Austin, TX. Additionally, the trio recently completed their first ever U.S. headline tour, selling out multiple dates including The Troubadour in LA and Gramercy Theater in NYC.

Since introducing itself with near anonymous posts of two songs ("Hey Now" and "Metal & Dust") late last year, London Grammar quickly captured the interest and, more importantly, the imagination of music fans across the UK and beyond.

The tracks catapulted the band straight into the spotlight, with music critics and fans eager to see what they did next. The trio released the acclaimed 'Metal & Dust EP' in June, secured slots at nearly all of the UK's major summer festivals including Night + DayGlastonburyBestival and Festival Number 6, made their late night television debut on Later with Jools Holland, and are currently out on a sold-out European tour following their very first U.S. headline tour this fall.
