Concord Music Publishing announce the signing of twice Mercury nominated, critically revered British band Everything Everything to a new global multi-year publishing agreement; the new deal covers all new music going forward.

Formed in Manchester in 2007, Everything Everything have released five albums across their career (2010’s Man Alive, 2013’s Arc, 2015’s Get To Heaven, 2017’s A Fever Dream and 2020’s Re-Animator), on their never-ending quest to bring experimentation and ambition back to pop music. Their work has been nominated twice for the prestigious Mercury Music Prize, and they have also been nominated for a staggering five Ivor Novello awards.

The band’s last LP, Re-Animator, chimed with critics and fans alike – The Independent simply put it in their 5* review, “Re-Animator packs global anxiety and paranoia into exquisitely crafted songs. A superb album.” The album went Top 5 in the UK album chart - the band’s third Top 5 record of their career. The band will be touring in Spring 2022, culminating with a show at London’s Roundhouse.

Stylistically the band have always pushed boundaries and sit on the outskirts of the mainstream pop/rock genres that many of their peers belong to. They are one of the biggest art pop bands to emerge from the UK and continue to build upon an amazing catalogue of genre defying records. Eclectic and dynamic, their song writing is completely unique.

Tom Coulson Smith, A&R Director at Concord Music Publishing comments, “It is rare to see a band consistently push boundaries and bend genres as Everything Everything have done throughout their career. To have continued success alongside that is even rarer. The band and their records have grown with a generation of music lovers, and they have become firm favourites at summer festivals, on the touring circuit and across radio playlists alike. The whole Concord team are so excited to see where they take their music next and it is an honour to be a part of their journey."

Peter McGaughrin at Red Light Management adds, “Everything Everything have time and again proven themselves one of the most innovative and musically ambitious artists of their generation. Concord’s excellent roster and Tom and Kim [Frankiewicz]’s passion for the band made the decision to join forces feel very natural. We’re looking forward to working with them closely on the future evolution of the band and their individual producing and writing careers”.

Everything Everything comment “We look forward to working with such an imaginative team, who represent an extensive but carefully curated roster and catalogue. We’re proud to become part of it.”
