Demi Lovato to her fans: 'I'm alive because of you all'

Songstress Demi Lovato has taken to her official Twitter page to celebrate the third anniversary of leaving rehab, where she was seeking treatment for bulimia and bipolar disorder.

Writing on the social networking site this afternoon (January 28), the beauty explained that she is stronger than ever and hopes her story can inspire others who need help:

"Happy Lovatic Day... I'm alive because of you all. Thank you... I love you all so much... #3YearsUnbroken. You CAN turn your life around. You can go through hell AND BACK. It IS possible. NEVER underestimate yourself. I BELIEVE IN YOU..."

Earlier this week, the 'Skyscraper' hitmaker told her followers that she's feeling 'better than ever' and that her year is off to the best start possible: "It's a great feeling knowing how to balance things in life. Feeling stronger and better than ever... Not only trying to train for tour, but trying to get ready for @joeyrubino workouts on the road with me... BEST TRAINER EVER!!! #YAY."

Lovato will kick off her Neon Lights tour next month in Vancouver and she will take it around North America in support of her latest full-length studio album, 'DEMI'.
