Demi Lovato: 'I'm afraid of being vulnerable in front of the world'

'Neon Lights' songstress Demi Lovato has opened up about the things that shake her to the core in a new promotional campaign for Clean & Clear.

Speaking as part of the 'See the Real Me' campaign for the brand, Lovato explained that she has the same concerns and anxieties as any other girl her age:

"I have the same worries and fears that everyone does. I'm afraid of spiders. I'm afraid of changing my hair and hating it. I'm afraid of being vulnerable in front of the world."

Earlier this week, the beauty told her Twitter followers that she enjoyed a night out dancing, but found herself completely exhausted from the experience because she never goes clubbing any more: "Ummm so... I'm dead. I never go clubbing so I feel like an old lady being so tired from ONE night out."
