Demi Lovato: 'It's okay to be flawed because that's what makes me...me'

Demi Lovato believes her "flaws" make her who she is.

The singer has battle a few demons in the past and she went to rehab for problems with an eating disorder in 2010.

Speaking on Twitter, the US star told fans that it is okay to "struggle" now and again because it what makes people human.

She said: "Sometimes I'm not always doing amazing but it's okay...because everyone struggles & it's okay to be flawed because that's what makes me...Me."

Fans rallied around Lovato, with one Twitter user commenting:

"We all have our days but I hope during yours you turn to your Lovatics to see how much love, support and adoration have for you."
