Demi Lovato mobbed on stage by fans during concert

Demi Lovato was left slightly shaken after a recent gig in Paraguay that saw fans climb over the barriers and onto the stage with her.

The inspirational songstress performed a concert in the city of Asuncion yesterday (April 26) and decided to treat her fans to a more up close and personal experience as she was feeling unwell and didn't want to disappoint them, but this soon backfired.

Speaking from the stage, the 'Skyscraper' hitmaker told concert-goers: "I feel like I'm not doing you guys justice tonight because I have to admit I'm not feeling too good. I'm really sorry. I feel like I could be doing something more for you guys... so I wanna let all these kids (into the pen) down here. You guys gotta be safe though!"

Some of the fans decided to climb onto the stage and a startled Lovato was whisked away by security.
