Demi Lovato: "Sometimes I cry at my fans' messages"

Demi Lovato has admitted that her fans' messages of support make her shed tears with emotion.

The singer is an active member of social networking website Twitter and can often been seen tweeting pouring her thoughts onto her account.

She recently spoke about how relationships and friendships survive, typing:

"Patience + communication = trust. When you learn how to communicate with others, there's almost no problem you can't solve. P.S. Only surround yourself with people who you CAN communicate with. Trust is a bond between TWO people that is found ONLY when they are are able to listen/understand where the other person is coming from. That to me, is the key to friendships/ relationships."

This seemingly initiated an outpouring of love from her followers, with Lovato later tweeting: "Sometimes, I just read my @replies and cry. My fans are SO good to me... It's magical.. I love you all."

It seems, however, that Lovato's earlier series of messages prompted some gossip websites to link her thoughts with long-time rumoured love interest Niall Horan - something which the singer isn't keen on.

She tweeted today (January 4): "I don't get how people get "stories" from very vague twitter posts... About friendship.....?? Blehh. I really love my fans but I hate gossip sites... Gonna take a breather from twitter.. I love y'all!"
