Demi Lovato's 'Skyscraper' is enjoying a chart resurgence in the UK after it was used on the X Factor.

The track has featured on numerous occasions during this year's series and it has encouraged many to buy the song on iTunes.

It is currently sitting at No.3 on their UK singles chart after landing at No.13 in the full UK chart on Sunday (September 29).

Lovato tweeted her excitement at the news when 'Skyscraper' was at No.5, saying:

"Can't believe #Skyscraper is #5 on iTunes in the UK!!! This is so amazing!!!"

The track originally reached No.13 in the UK when it was released in 2011, whilst it managed to hit No.10 in the US.

Lovato meanwhile is currently undergoing her second year as a judge on the US version of the X Factor.
