Demi Lovato has joked that she needs a boob job.

The singer was asked by radio station Y100 which celebrity she reckons needs plastic surgery.

However, the self-deprecating former X Factor USA judge turned the question back on herself, saying:

"It should be me! I should get a boob job. They're like mosquito bites."

As mentioned, the 'Skyscraper' star has now finished her duties as a judge on the US X Factor after two seasons.

The move came as the singer prepares to tour her latest album 'DEMI'.

She will take the likes of Little Mix and Cher Lloyd out on the road in spring on her Neon Lights North America tour.
