Dolly Parton on Glastonbury 'miming': 'My boobs are fake but my voice is real'

Dolly Parton has herself denied accusations that she mimed at Glastonbury.

The singer performed on the Sunday afternoon (June 29) of the massive festival, but some believed she sung to a backing track.

This was quickly dismissed by a rep and the country star has now told The Sun that whilst some parts of her make-up may be false, her voice isn't.

She said: "My boobs are fake, my hair's fake, but what is real is my voice and my heart."

Parton's set was lapped up by fans, with organiser Emily Eavis stating that her crowd was the biggest she had seen at the festival.

She said: "Oh Dolly was the biggest crowd I've ever seen here. She is just a truly amazing live performer.

"Her voice was incredible. And she wrote that song about mud in the morning before the show! I don't think you can beat that performance as a perfect moment here at Glastonbury."
