Drake reaches No.1 on Billboard Hot 100 for first time

Drake is celebrating after reaching No.1 on the US singles chart for the first time.

The hip-hop man's latest track 'One Dance' has topped the Billboard Hot 100.

His previous highest entry on the chart was 2009's 'Best I Ever Had', which peaked at No.2, while the recent 'Hotline Bling' also bagged silver.

Drake has previously reached No.1 as a feature, with the Canadian seeing success with Rihanna's 'Work' and 'What's My Name?'.

The Canadian is also No.1 on the US albums chart with 'Views' having smashed its existing streaming record.

At No.2 on the Billboard singles chart meanwhile is Desiigner's 'Panda', which drops one place.

Lukas Graham's 7 Years' is No.3, with Mike Posner's 'I Took a Pill in Ibiza' and Fifth Harmony's 'Work From Home' following.
