Drake confirms 2014 UK arena tour

Canadian rapper Drake has announced an arena tour that will bring him to the UK next spring.

The 'Take Care' superstar is set to kick off the run of dates on March 11 in Manchester at the Phones 4 U arena and the tour will be in support of his latest album, entitled 'Nothing Was The Same'. The full list of dates can be seen below and tickets for the concerts go on sale at 9am on November 1.

Meanwhile, Drake recently hit out at the public's perception of him telling Canada's CBC Radio that he isn't the 'lonely and emotional' guy people seem to expect: "I'm so sick of people saying that I'm like lonely and emotional, and associating me with this like longing for a woman."

"I hate that, it bothers me so much... 'cause I do make music that makes you feel something, but I'm actually not that guy in real life, I'm happy... I'm very excited, my life is constantly exciting it's not some sad depressing story."
