Ed Sheeran's new album will be released before his 2014 UK tour

Earlier today (January 6), singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran confirmed details for a full UK headlining tour that will kick off later this autumn. 

The 'Lego House' superstar will perform a run of dates beginning on October 6 in Dublin and his manager, Stuart Camp, has now revealed that his forthcoming new studio album is due to be released before the tour begins

In a Twitter question and answer session this afternoon, Camp told Sheeran's followers to expect the record before October 6: "The new album will be out by time of the tour, news on that soon."

Camp was also flooded with queries about a potential European tour and he told one fan that it is likely to be "before end of this year", adding that "news in a couple of months re mainland Europe". Tickets for Sheeran's new tour will go on sale at 9am UK time on January 10.
