British singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran has revealed that next week will see the announcement of some exciting news, but he will leave the reveal up to his adorable adopted kitten, Graham. 

Writing on his official Twitter page this evening (April 2), the 'Lego House' superstar explained that if fans are interested to know what the news will be they should follow his cat's social networking page and await a tweet:

"My kitten @GrahamShizza has some news to tell you next week, follow him for details."

Sheeran adopted Graham earlier this year and told his followers that if he hadn't brought the cute feline home, it would have been put down: "I did just adopt a kitten. It basically had been through quite a tough time. It was a little kitten. It was very, very malnourished, and was going to be put down 'cause it was quite ill." 

The musician, meanwhile, is currently on a press run and explained that he's been doing a lot of interviews in the run up to his autumn headlining tour. On April 1, he tweeted: "Press day done, 18 European interviews done, roll on tomorrow."
