Ed Sheeran gives advice on staying positive

Ed Sheeran has spoken out to his fans about the importance of staying positive.

The 'Small Bump' hitmaker took to social networking site Twitter last night, January 25, and admitted to his followers that there's nothing worse than dwelling on bad experiences or memories:

"Do what you love, work as hard as you can, and make people happy. If you wanna fill your life with hate and negativity, you might as well go and chew a toe while you're at it."

Tickets for his newly announced autumn tour went on sale earlier this week and he returned to Twitter this morning to express his excitement at how fantastic the fan response to the new dates has been so far:

"Yesterday, we sold 78,000 tickets for my autumn tour! I love that statistic! Bring on the tour!!!"
