Ed Sheeran claims he's thankful for both his fans and his haters

Ed Sheeran has claimed that he is thankful for both the people who like him and the people who don’t.

The 21-year-old, who released his debut album, '+,' in the US this week, made the admission on Twitter after a fan sent him a link to a bad review.

He replied: “theres alot of people everywhere who dont like me, but alot of people who do. im thankful for both.

“either way im making a living travelling the world and making people happy, its the best job. i'm thankful for the love as much as i am about the hate, it shows i'm doing something right”

The ‘Lego House’ singer, who recently revealed that he will be working non-stop for the next 12 months, went onto cite a lyric from 50 Cent’s 'In Da Club' to further express his thoughts on the matter:

“’if they hate then let them hate and watch the money pile up' is a 50 quote i live by.”
