Ed Sheeran has praised Taylor Swift and the pair's recent collaboration.

Reports emerged earlier this year of the pop duo working together on new material, but it wasn't clear where the songs would end up.

Swift, however, confirmed recently that her new album 'Red', which is due for an October 22 release, will feature a duet with the British singer-songwriter.

Talking at the weekend's V Festival, Sheeran said that he enjoyed working with the 'Love Story' star, saying:

"I loved working with Taylor, it was such a great experience."

Sheeran continued: "She's a really nice girl. I can't wait for everyone to hear her new album."
