'Lego House' hitmaker Ed Sheeran has been working on a track with heavyweight rapper, The Game.

Writing on his official Twitter page in the early hours of this morning (August 13), Sheeran confessed his excitement at the impending studio session: "Finished the @RudimentalUk session for today, back in tomorrow. Now off to make music with one of my favourite artists..."

He returned to the social networking site a few hours later and added: "Just finished up with @thegame, epic."

The Game also teased details about the music they worked on and told his own Twitter following: "Just made a CLASSIC record with the homie "Ed Sheeran" a.k.a. teddysphotos!!!!!!! One of the dopest sessions in my life......."

The 'Hate It Or Love It' hitmaker then shared a photograph of the pair together in the studio, relaxing on a sofa (pictured below).
