Ed Sheeran finishes recording second album
Ed Sheeran has put the finishing touches on his second album.
The singer-songwriter has been working for some months creating tunes for the follow-up to his 2011 smash hit '+'.
It seems it has all come to a happy conclusion after the 'Lego House' man uploaded two Instagram photos of himself in the studio.
He said: "Finished. And I managed to get Rick [Rubin] to smile in a photo."
Sheeran later added: "2 years of record making right here folks."
The Brit star was pictured in the photos along with producer Rick Rubin and longtime collaborator, Snow Patrol's Johnny McDaid.
Sheeran meanwhile recently revealed that he constantly asked for Taylor Swift's opinions after he made new songs.
He said: "Whenever I finished a song, I'd send it to her to get her opinion. She's heard all the songs and she's a good judge of what's good or not good."
