'Starry Eyed' songstress Ellie Goulding has confessed that she is constantly overwhelmed by the support she receives from fans and can't believe how many people turn up to see her perform and sing along to every word. 

Writing on her official Twitter page today (June 4), the beauty admitted that it's humbling to see her music reaching so many individuals and she sometimes finds it hard to restrain her emotions on stage:

"Sometimes when light shines a certain way at my shows I can see you at the very back singing every word and I gulp back the tears. And what makes it more moving is that you have no idea."

Back in April, the superstar explained that while she loves her life on the road, she still suffers from bouts of homesickness and it's hard being away from her family all the time: "I need to sort my life out. And if I don't do it soon, I may as well just be forever on the road, because that's what it feels like."
