(Los Angeles, CA – August 2, 2021) As if DJ Khaled doesn’t already have enough to celebrate, “EVERY CHANCE I GET,” featuring Lil Baby and Lil Durk, has been certified Platinum while simultaneously reaching No.1 at Urban radio. The album it hails from, KHALED KHALED, became Khaled’s third to debut at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 in May. This latest achievement is a testament to Khaled’s prowess as producer and tastemaker, presciently enlisting rap’s hottest duo for an unforgettable summer smash.

When the GRAMMY® Award-winning multi-Platinum mega-producer unveiled the biggest hip-hop event of the summer with his twelfth full-length set, KHALED KHALED, the hits were sure to follow. Alongside Durk and Baby(who are currently celebrating their own hit album, The Voice of the Heroes), Khaled has dominated club sound systems, radio stations, and more. To wit, “EVERY CHANCE I GET” was recently part of a massive NBA Finals campaign, and played on repeat during ESPN and ABC’s coverage.

Out of the gate, KHALED KHALED attracted widespread acclaim. Rolling Stone wrote that the record is, “a reminder of the world we can look forward to soon.” Variety called it “DJ Khaled’s finest achievement as a songwriter, producer, curator, and host.” NME noted that “when Khaled [makes] magic happen, it’s plain to see his brilliance.” CLASHawarded it 8 out of 10 stars and raved that the record “is a wild ride, a rollercoaster that clicks into gear just as the world begins to re-open.” Meanwhile, the explosive music video for “Sorry Not Sorry” featuring guests JAY-Z, Nas, James Fauntleroy & Harmonies by the Hive (aka Beyoncé), has already racked up over 28 million YouTube views since its late April release.

Khaled and co-executive producers Asahd Tuck Khaled and Aalam Tuck Khaled (his sons) assembled an unbelievable tracklist. The album boasts fan favorites like “Just Be” (feat. Justin Timberlake), “We Going Crazy”(feat. H.E.R. and Migos), “I Did It” (feat. Post Malone, Megan Thee Stallion, Lil Baby, and DaBaby), and “Let It Go” (feat. Justin Bieber and 21 Savage), among others. Not to mention, it includes the double-Platinum “POPSTAR” and the Platinum “GREECE,” both of which feature Drake.

The accolades, plaques, and praise have solidified KHALED KHALED as an instant classic, and “EVERY CHANCE I GET” is only the latest track from the project to emerge as a smash hit. Fans across the world have been bumping the song, a masterpiece from rap’s most noteworthy producer, all summer. In the words of the man himself, “EVERY CHANCE I GET” is, quite simply, “Another one!”

For over two decades, the very mention of DJ Khaled has implied an elevated level of musical greatness, entrepreneurial excellence, and cultural impact. You’ve heard him across a GRAMMY® Award-winning multiplatinum catalog, seen him in blockbusters such as Bad Boys For Life, caught him on the cover of Rolling Stone, watched him on numerous television programs, and felt his presence from the streets all the way up to the Barack Obama White House. He has achieved dozens of multiplatinum and gold certifications, including the sextuple-platinum Billboard Hot 100 #1 “I’m The One” [feat. Justin Bieber, Quavo, Chance the Rapper, & Lil Wayne], quadruple-platinum “Wild Thoughts” [feat. Rihanna & Bryson Tiller], and double-platinum “No Brainer” [feat. Justin Bieber, Chance the Rapper, & Quavo]. The latter propelled his 2019 album, Father of Asahd [We The Best Music Group/Epic Records], to the top of the charts. Not only did it garner a platinum certification, but it also became his third consecutive Top 2 debut on the Billboard Top 200 and emerged as the “#1 Most-Streamed Record” upon release. To date, he has moved 20 million singles and 6 million albums in addition to gathering 4 billion-plus streams.

Not to mention, he launched We The Best Music Group—a record label, management, publishing, and production company and in-demand studio. As a committed philanthropist, he founded his 501(c)3 organization The We The Best Foundation. It uplifts individuals throughout underserved communities across the United States and supports various non-profits. He has supported the fight against COVID-19., U2 frontman Bono recruited him as the first social media ambassador for Project Red, and he serves as the national spokesperson for Get Schooled. Now, the power of this legacy defines his thirteenth full-length album—which bears his birth name—Khaled Khaled [We The Best Music Group/Epic Records], preceded by two chart-busting bangers alongside frequent collaborator Drake, namely “POPSTAR” and “GREECE.”
