GRAMMY-nominated, LA-based DJ and producer Matt Lange has dropped a fresh remix of “Sliding Doors” for alt-pop singer/songwriter CLO today, April 16. As the dancefloor-ready follow-up to her earlier remix of “Blackout” from Biicla, Matt Lang puts a dark house spin on CLO’s newest pop gem that is about having a burning desire for someone you know isn’t right for you.

Listen now here:

“Sliding Doors (There You Are)'' is the second single from CLO following her breakout single “Blackout”. The song-- alongside a video directed by nightlife photographer and director Nikko Lamere (Noah Cyrus, Tiffany Young, Marina & The Diamonds)--landed her coverage in LA Weekly, 1883 Magazine, Highlark Magazine and more plus spins on KROQ’s Locals Only Sunday radio show. CLO has also garnered attention from her cover of Kanye West's "Paranoid" released with a BTS video of CLO and her band in the famed Hollywood recording studio Sunset Sound. To date, CLO has a combined over 1 million plus streams on Spotify with over 150K monthly listeners and her YouTube videos have a combined 200K views. CLO recently released the 10-track Blackout Remixes album which landed her a premiere in Dancing Astronaut for BIICLA’s remix of the song.

California Bay Area native CLO's sound is a powerful blend of pop & soul that emerged organically growing up listening to greats like Aretha Franklin and Stevie Wonder. Her unapologetic and fearless streak lies in her appreciation for artists like Rihanna and Lady Gaga, and her soul roots were solidified by her inspiration- Amy Winehouse. There is no doubt about it, CLO's message is power and strength through adversity. She writes with emotional fire. Secure in her thoughts. It's this confidence and years of training that led to CLO's transition to Los Angeles, where she was discovered by go-to pop-rock producer Warren Huart (The Fray, Colbie Caillat, James Blunt). The pair's synergy was instant resulting in first single "Blackout” released summer of 2020--a retro soul permission slip to fade out the madness, becoming stronger and smarter. Accompanied by a video by Nikko Lamere, the song received support from KROQ, LA WEEKLY, 1883 Magazine, Highlark and more.
