Sandi Thom Brings Out Centenary Remix Of Platinum-winning "Punk Rocker"

After a gruelling 18 months of the Clinton-Trump tango lighting up our television screens, it’s safe to say we’re in need of a break. So, take some time out from worrying about the future and fall back into the past with a special, 10 year anniversary remix of Sandi Thom’s ‘I Wish I Was a Punk Rocker (With Flowers in My Hair)’.

After being the pioneer of live webcasting, with her gigs regularly attracting 70,000 viewers, Sandi Thom exploded onto the music scene in 2006 with "Punk Rocker". The Scot’s infectious debut topped the charts for 10 weeks in Australia and was the 5th best-selling single that year in the UK, ending Gnarls Barkley's nine week reign at number one. Certified double platinum, 'Punk Rocker' remains one of the most memorable tracks from the noughties.

Remixed for 2016 by prolific production duo Morlando, their upbeat take on this former number one is bursting with all the energy you need to pull you out from your political coma and onto the dancefloor.
