Canadian Music Prodigy ‘Songsbury’ Shines Through With Infectious Hit Single

Talented, ambitious and musically resourceful, pop artist Songsbury has set the stakes high in 2018 with the release of new music off the back of his latest EP.

From MTV to the Billboard Charts, Songsbury is set for another huge year with the release of brand new material. The Canadian-born song master is excited to announce the launch of his latest hit single ‘Common’, a soulful pop rendition of love, lust and undaunted character.

With an innovative style of song production and creative artistry, Songsbury has worked alongside huge names, collaborating with the likes of Madonna, Miley Cyrus, and Diplo, also creating the iconic Madonna/Miley mash-up of ‘Don’t Tell Me to Stop/We Can’t Stop’ for MTV Unplugged.

Hailing from Toronto, Canada, Songsbury aligns his musical endeavours of modern composition to characterise the unique sound of classical pop that prevails from his latest record. Songsbury’s catalogue of songs has grown tenfold over the years, granting him a top spot on the Billboard Charts with his collaboration on Diplo’s “Revolution EP”.

A humble artist with the presence of a star; Songsbury is able to engage a universal audience across all aspects of his music. In addition to the release of his uplifting new single, Songsbury is proud to announce the premier of his latest project; a short-film-like music series titled ‘The Trilogy’. The film works as an imperceptibly beautiful relay of his music, segmented as both a composition piece and a short film. Each song on the video is featured from the ‘Songsbury EP’ (available now on Spotify). The video courses through a range of emotional, humorous and obscene components. With an impressive history in film production and a spot in film festivals from around the globe, Songsbury’s creative aptitude has won him many awards, from songwriting, film direction and classical music performance.

As an artist, he has revolutionised his talents through many musical undertakings, constantly evolving as an artist. From his beginnings as a classical pianist, to a solo singer/songwriter and frontman of a rock band, the Songsbury of today is as determined as ever to take the music industry by storm.

He has made many television appearances, performing on Rogers Television and Chin TV, as well as singing the anthem at the Toronto Blue Jays Game. During his music career, he has worked with some of the most influential people in the Canadian Music Industry, including Farley Flex (Canadian Idol) and Bill Banham of Sony Music and Virgin Records.
