LOS ANGELES (Sept 2, 2022) - A “full-on rock n’ roll assault,” SØUNDHOOSE is an alternative, pop-punk inspired rock band, “cranking out rebellious anthems” that unapologetically declare their personal vendetta on mental warfare, breaking the stigma and ignorance around a topic that has been neglected but rages in us all. Today marks the band's rockin’ release of their “Loner” (Official Music Video.)

Composed of Jeremy Bauer (bass), Paul Burns (drums), and lead singer, “Mr. Bad Luck” himself, Brandon Smith, this dynamic Los Angeles trio said “fuck it, we’re trying too hard,” and laid out all their insecurities in this latest single, paving the way to the release of their first album, Craniotomy, dropping at the top of 2023. The “Loner” (Official Music Video) shows Smith joining the band through his television screen, reinforcing the idea that even with fame and fortune, success and “happiness,” we are all still united in our struggles, our loneliness and our longing to connect, to feel something. We are all “loners.”

About

With “scornful flavours” and “scorching” choruses, SØUNDHOOSE embodies the raw power of punk, melodic pop sensibilities, and the angst-ridden restlessness of icons like Green Day, My Chemical Romance and Blink 182. The band has performed at some of the most iconic music venues including Whiskey A Go Go, The Viper Room, Molly Malone’s, and The Mint and has been featured in LAWeekly, Highwire Magazines , WWAM, V13, and Pancakes and Whiskey and more. In other groundbreaking news, these rock stars will be making a debut appearance on CBS’s Sounds of the Underground this fall, 2022.
