Fifth Harmony say their debut album will be more "mature" than previous material

Fifth Harmony believe their upcoming album sounds more "mature" than their previous work.

The girl group released their 'Better Together' EP in 2013 after leaving the X Factor USA in 2012 and they are expected to drop their first album later this year.

Speaking to DigitalJournal, the band said that they think their new material has a slightly different sound to their older output.

Lauren Jauregui said it is "more mature than their EP" and "a lot cooler" too, adding:

"We were working really hard in the studio to get a sound going and a vibe. It is more who we are now, as opposed to before."
