Fifth Harmony: 'We still speak to Demi Lovato, Simon Cowell, and LA Reid a lot'

'Bo$$' hitmakers Fifth Harmony sat down for a chat with the USA's 'Today Show' earlier today (July 8) and admitted that despite having left 'X Factor USA' a couple of years ago, they're still under the control and influence of the programme's judging panel.

When asked if their 'X Factor' mentors are still in close touch with them now that they're much more established, beauty Normani Kordei explained that it's very much all hands on deck and they speak to the likes of music moguls Simon Cowell and LA Reid a lot:

"They're very involved with the album and the whole process - we get to see LA Reid a lot, and Simon - he's very involved with everything... Demi Lovato, we just got off the Neon Lights tour with her."

While on 'The Today Show' set, the girls spoke about self-confidence in light of their newly launched #ImABoss campaign and member Lauren Jauregui explained that it's important to be yourself and to not change for other people or to fit in:

"I think every single teenager goes through that moment where they just don't know who they are or who they're supposed to be. There's a lot of pressure on who you're supposed to be in this society especially. It's so much cooler when you stand out, though!"
