Girl group Fifth Harmony recently sat down for an interview with Chelsea's Channel and shared their best qualities in light of their new #ImABoss campaign. 

When asked about their new campaign, which accompanies their new single and promotes self-confidence and self-love, the girls revealed that it's important to celebrate your best qualities because it's so easy to criticise yourself. Each member went around the group and described what makes each singer a 'Bo$$'. 

Dinah Jade Hansen revealed that songstress Camila Cabello is "the boss of cuteness", Cabello told Lauren Jauregui that she is "the boss of an intelligent opinion", Jauregui said Ally Brooke is "the boss of positivity", Brooke suggested that Normani Kordei is "the boss of fierceness", and Kordei confessed that Hansen is "the boss of a warm heart".

The hitmakers were then quizzed on their friendship and working relationship with Demi Lovato, and Camila Cabello admitted that she's a huge inspiration to them all:

"She was with us throughout the 'X Factor' show so we got to know her there, but even before that she was just such an inspiration. I have a YouTube video of me singing 'Skyscraper' so the fact that we got to open for her and get to know her as a person, and she's as chill as she seems? It's awesome."
