Fifth Harmony reveal what their parents thought of their sexy 'Bo$$' music video

Girl group Fifth Harmony have opened up about their music video for latest single 'Bo$$' and revealed that their sexy new look was encouraged by their parents as soon as they saw how comfortable they were with the raunchy outfits.

Member Normani Kordei admitted to Top Trending magazine that while the video showed a new and mature side to their band, it was a look they were all confident with and their families were all very supportive of that:

"Our parents were really supportive, they were actually all at the video shoot and they were like, 'oh, you look great'. So, you know, they're comfortable with it if we're comfortable, and if we feel confident then... hey!"

The girls, meanwhile, are gearing up to release their highly anticipated debut studio album, which is called 'Reflection', in December and told Glamoholic that it's an empowering record: "'Reflection' is a really good lyrically clever way of showing girl empowerment and there is a lot of good songs on there with that theme. Besides the songs that we want people to put on that make them feel good about themselves, there are also songs that are a bit more vulnerable and vibey. Songs that show the vocals off a bit more and songs about love."
