Fifth Harmony host Twitter Q&A and talk mental stability, touring, and favourite 1D tracks with fans

Girl group Fifth Harmony took over the 'X Factor USA' Twitter account this afternoon (February 2) for a special question and answer session with their devoted followers.

One fan asked Ally Brooke Hernandez if she has a favourite song from One Direction's latest album, 'FOUR', and the beauty confessed: "'Night Changes' or 'Once in a Lifetime'."

The singers then admitted that they're most looking forward to performing 'Worth It' on their upcoming headlining tour, which is due to kick off in February, and member Camila Cabello explained: "'Worth It' so you guys can sing my verse with me LOUD AND CLEAR."

When asked how they manage to stay calm and energised, Cabello said that she struggles with remaining balanced when her schedule is so busy, but thinks it's important to just power through: "I mean, I definitely have my share of nervous breakdowns, but it's important to pick yourself back up and keep going."

The 5H beauties will release their highly anticipated debut album, 'Reflection', tomorrow (February 3) and they recently told Ryan Seacrest that it will showcase a different side to them both as a group and as individuals: "We’ve been working on this album for almost a year now. The album definitely has a contrast of us being vulnerable, which people haven’t seen that side. And also, the whole girl power thing, you know?”
