'Worth It' beauties Fifth Harmony have been enjoying incredible success lately, but they revealed to HuffPost Live that it can be really hard to balance fame and their personal lives. 

When asked to reveal their scariest moment on stage, member Camila Cabello admitted that she once had to leave the stage mid-performance because she was having a panic attack:

"I once had a really, really sucky day... I was having a terrible, terrible day and we were doing 'Going Nowhere'. I was at this point where I was like, 'I can't be strong and confident right now, I need to cry'. I literally just had to go off stage during the chorus because I had a panic attack. It was really scary and I felt suffocated."

Dinah Jane Hansen added that trying to separate your personal life from what the public see is exhausting: "It's hard sometimes because you have to balance your personal life and your stage life... sometimes when you're on stage you have to shut it off."
