Fifth Harmony reveal how they make themselves feel 'Worth It'

Girl group Fifth Harmony are all about promoting self-love and confidence, and one of the beauties has now opened up about how she manages to keep herself feeling strong and inspired.

During a VEVO Ask:Reply session, the girls were asked how they make themselves aware of their self-worth and member Camila Cabello took the reins, admitting that she thinks it's important to understand that each of us are completely unique:

"I think it's important for you to get to know yourself. A lot of the times we're really hard on ourselves and we don't realise that. We don't see ourselves at the moments where we're the most beautiful and the most special. You don't see yourself talking about the things you're passionate about and the look in your eyes when you talk about something you're excited about [...] It's important to realise those are the things that make you you, and to realise that what you have isn't what everybody else has - it's different."

The 'Worth It' hitmakers, meanwhile, have been confirmed to perform at this year's Radio Disney Music Awards, which is set to take place on April 25 at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles, California
