5H on cyber-bullying: 'They don't know you personally so don't take it personal'

'Worth It' beauties Fifth Harmony have spoken out about how to overcome cyber-bullying and they admitted that trying to rise above it and ignore the remarks is probably the best way to handle such a situation.

Songstress Camila Cabello told Sugarscape backstage at the Capital FM Summertime Ball that she struggles to ignore things she reads about herself so often finds herself feeling affected by online negativity:

"I think it kind of depends on your personality type, but for all of us... we're all emotional people and so it's not very easy to look at something and brush it off - it stays with you. I mean, I personally just ignore it because I know I can't put myself through that."

Lauren Jauregui added that you can try to detach yourself from the mean comments by keeping in mind that the people targeting you usually don't know you in real life: "They don't know you personally so don't take it personal."
