5H's Camila Cabello: 'I can be invincible, but I also cry'

Songstress Camila Cabello, of Fifth Harmony fame, recently dropped a collaborative track with singer Shawn Mendes called 'I Know What You Did Last Summer' and revealed that 5H's new album won't sound like this particular duet.

She told Teen Vogue that it's amazing to get to do two very different things within the same industry and at the moment she's just embracing the diversity that her career allows her:

"It will not be the same sound on Fifth Harmony. The music of the Fifth Harmony is totally different from this music. The 5H2 will continue more similarly to our album 'Reflection', sonically and in terms of concepts and messages. You can dance and listen. We have individual histories and we're different as individual artists. I always wrote songs that were confessions, acoustic, verbose - my writing style suits my personality. Music always has to match what you speak."

"Fifth Harmony as a group is more confidence, more girl power, more unity. They are hymns, the opposite of a song written by a person's life experience when you have five individual women. I am lucky enough to do both, the side of Camila weeping for a boy and is obsessed by love and Fifth Harmony side of me going on stage and is invincible and leaves it there."
