Fifth Harmony's Camila talks about her low point: 'It was f**ked up'

Girl group Fifth Harmony recently sat down for an interview with Billboard magazine and spoke about the highs and lows they have experienced over the past few years.

Member Camila Cabello told Billboard that she can pinpoint her low easily: "I'll start with the low because that led to the high. I was having terrible anxiety, nonstop. My heart would beat really fast the whole day. Two hours after I woke up, I'd need a nap because my body was so hyperactive. It was so eff -- sorry, but it was so f--ed up."

She added that she was able to fight her way out of that mindset and situation: "I was scared of what would happen to me, of the things my brain might tell me. I realized the stuff I thought was important isn't worth my health. Now I write in a diary every day, work out and meditate."

Cabello also opened up about Kanye West's recent lyric that puts Taylor Swift in the hot seat (namely "I made that bitch famous), and said she chatted with Swift about the line: "I spoke to [Swift] and she did not know he was going to say that. Taking credit for her success and then saying 'you owe me sex for that'? Disgusting."
