Fifth Harmony have revealed that music mogul Simon Cowell is a great mentor and business adviser. 

During a chat with 96.5 Tic FM, songstress Normani Kordei explained that she and the other girls have a lot of respect for Cowell as he treats them as equals when it comes to business and their career decisions:

"He’s such a nice person. People don’t really think that because of what they see on TV, but he’s really such a nice spirit and he really does care about people."

She added: "He makes sure our business runs the way that we want it to. He always asks our input. We love ‘Uncle Simon.’"

Kordei then opened up about which member of the group likes to play pranks on tour: "Dinah loves to do pranks. She hasn’t done them in awhile. But she does it throughout tour – I gotta prepare myself to get revenge."
