GAV AID - A CELEBRITY AUCTION TO RAISE MONEY FOR MACMILLAN CANCER SUPPORT - ITEMS INCLUDE WEMBLEY STADIUM BOX AT SOLD OUT ONE DIRECTION CONCERT!

An online auction via GiveSmart goes live today and has been organised by journalists from Britain's best-loved magazines, giving everyone the chance to bid for amazing money-can't-buy items.

The auction is part of Gav Aid, an event to honour Gavin Reeve-Daniels, Deputy Editor of Heat Magazine, and one of the most popular figures in the industry. He was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer last October and is a big supporter of Macmillan. What started out as a pub quiz has evolved into a huge quiz night and this auction to raise as much money as possible for the charity.

Putting aside professional rivalries, journalists from Heat, Now, TV & Satellite Week, OK!, Star, The Sun, The Mirror and many more of Britain’s biggest media brands and celebrity agents have come together to donate lots including:

A box at Wembley Stadium for 12 people to watch One Direction in concert.

Victoria Beckham exclusive tote bag from her Spring/Summer 2014 collection.
