Nadine Coyle "never wants Girls Aloud to break up" as countdown continues

Nadine Coyle has reiterated her desire to keep Girls Aloud active.

The band have been on a prolonged break over the past few years but it seems they will be reuniting for their 10th anniversary this month.

The group launched a mysterious countdown clock yesterday (October 9) on their official website, which today (October 10) sits at nine days.

Speaking on Twitter about the Girls Aloud buzz and reunion talk, singer Coyle said:

"How are you all feeling now? I have serious excitement that has taken over since last night! Wow wow wow! Farewells? Tears? What? No way this is a happy day! Xx"

Coyle added: "I never ever ever want @GirlsAloud to break up! Ever! Xxx ever!"

The countdown clock's title meanwhile today shifted from 'Ten' to 'Nine' as the reported reunion edges closer.
