LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM, - HILIFE MUSIC GROUP flagship company of HILIFE GROUP has completed its acquisition of FM-Entertainment according to received reports.

The closing of the deal means that HILIFE MUSIC GROUP now own one hundred percent of the FM-Entertainment group, which becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of HILIFE GROUP.

HILIFE GROUP Chief Executive Officer Adrian Fife has expressed his delight with the acquisition and stated that “FM-Entertainment expands the groups geographic reach and services for our artists and labels.”

FM-Entertainment will continue to operate as a standalone company within the group managed by HILIFE GROUP, the acquisition also strengthens its commitment to its customers, artists and labels.

This acquisition represents the very best possible outcome for HILIFE GROUP, as FM-Entertainment brings a great deal to the GROUP with the CEO Adrian Fife stating “I expect FM-Entertainment to generate significant additional revenue for HILIFE GROUP.”

The acquisition is expected to be finalised before the end of the current quarter and compliments HILIFE GROUP’s existing systems that are in place.
