Haim cancel all European concerts and share letter to fans

'Days Are Gone' hitmakers Haim have axed all of their European live concerts that were coming up this summer

The trio posted the announcement on Twitter this afternoon and explained that their album is very close to being finished and they feel that walking away from the creative process at this point would be counter-productive:

"We'd hoped to be done with recording but as it turns out, we're at a critical point of finishing up and need to stay close to home until it's complete. Unfortunately, we need to cancel our European performances including Way Out West, Tivoli, Oya, Frequency, Krakow, Zurich Openair, Reading + Leeds, and Electric Picnic."

It concludes: "We hate to disappoint you guys that had plans to come see us and we promise we'll be back in the near future to share our new music with you."
