Every now and then, a band comes out of nowhere and grabs your attention on the first listen. Right now, that band is Brighton four-piece ElleKaye. 

Clever in their construction and relentlessly catchy in the chorus, their new single ‘Happy Birthday’ remains a lush, hushed demonstration of ElleKaye’s heart-melting romanticism and versatility, full of glistening hooks and debonair witticisms.

ElleKaye’s most notable performance so far has been at this year’s The Great Escape Festival, filling the room to over capacity and gaining attention of media and industry.  This has helped them secure the support on My Life Story’s UK tour this November, and the band are hoping to follow in the footsteps of their Brit-Pop mentors.
