Centered on three characters Anais Collet (28), Martial Mendy (24) and Julien Ravalet (24), Sentinelles is a contemporary war series that aims to question the relationship of French youth to commitment and to offer a look at a complex geopolitical situation, a reflection of an era tormented by the issue of Islamic terrorism. About the American French Film Festival (formerly Colcoa), The American French Film Festival is committed to promoting new French films in the United States and highlighting the vitality and diversity of French cinema, and, since 2015, French television programs. In 20 years, 676 films have been selected. The Festival has continually evolved into a 9-day showcase of at least 70 films, with a capacity of over 25,800 people in 2016, and an average of 3,000 people per day, as well as a 91.3% occupancy rate.
