James Arthur continues Matt Cardle attack: "His music is for bedwetters"

James Arthur has maintained his rift with Matt Cardle, calling his tunes music for "bedwetters".

The pair have come to blows recently after re-visiting their fall-out over X Factor male winners last year in the press.

In an interview on BBC Radio 1Xtra, Arthur said that his initial comments weren't a personal attack, but later called the X Factor 2010 winner's music "drab". He said:

"I know it really winds him up when I bite back. He's trying to promote his stuff by taking offence at something I said back when I was on The X Factor. I got asked the question, 'Why haven't the male winners done well?' And I said, 'Because the music hasn't been good enough'. I didn't single anyone out, and he took it personally as though I was attacking him. And I wasn't. I was just stating the fact."

The X Factor 2012 victor added: "[Matt's] got no heat. His music is pretty drab for me. It's for bedwetters."

Whilst Cardle may be promoting his upcoming album 'Porcelain', Arthur is also doing the rounds to big up his debut self-titled effort, which is released on November 4.
